- Rejuvenation & maintenance: from $180. Deep clean, condition and hand-polish. Brings back the hand-feel and the sheen without changing the colour.
- Complete revival: . For bags with worn corners, scuffs and colour loss across the body. Cleaning, refinishing and colour work in one treatment.
- Colour touch-up & full recolouring: . Bespoke colour matching, from a corner touch-up to a new colour altogether.
- Exotic skin care: . Nourishment and treatment for crocodile, lizard and ostrich. Restores hydration and refreshes the scales.
- Mould cleaning: . Safe removal from leather, lining and hardware, then conditioning so it does not come back.
- Edge renewal: . Cracked or flaking edge paint re-done and sealed, matched to the original tone.
- Protective waterproof coating: . A breathable coat against rain and stains. Ask for it with any service.
- Shoe soles & heels: $75. Half rubber sole or heel rubber, custom cut, with hand-sanded edges in ink or natural finish. Custom edge colour +$20.

- Q: Do I need an appointment?
  A: No. Walk in any day we're open and we'll look at your bag with you on the spot. If you'd like a quiet slot or a longer chat, message us and we'll hold one for you.
- Q: How much does a bag restoration cost?
  A: Rejuvenation starts from $180. The final price depends on the size of the bag and its condition. An older bag takes more hours to restore, so it costs more. You get the number before any work begins.
- Q: How long will it take?
  A: Most bag repair and restoration takes 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the leather and what it needs. Tell us if you have an event or a date, and we'll plan around it.
- Q: Can you collect and return my bag?
  A: We don't run our own fleet, but we arrange a courier on your behalf. Surcharges apply for some industrial areas and Sentosa. Self-collection is free, with complimentary storage for a month after completion.
- Q: What products do you use?
  A: High-quality care products and polishes from France and Japan, made with gentle, non-toxic ingredients. The same creams and brushes are in our shop above.
- Q: Can you replace zips, hardware or straps?
  A: Yes to straps: we remake them. Zip and hardware replacement is case by case, depending on the bag and what the original parts are, so send us a photo and we'll tell you straight. Use "Need an assessment?" on this page for a quick answer on most problems.
- Q: Where is my bag right now?
  A: Every order is tagged in our system from the moment it comes in. You get a tracking link by WhatsApp. Open it any time to see which stage your bag is at and the photos our team took along the way.
