Margo and Smith is an artisanal leather care store that specializes in maintenance and leather restoration services for luxury leather goods. The store is dedicated to preserving the stories behind each bag, utilizing traditional techniques from France and Japan.
Each consultation is tailored, luxurious and personal from the minute you enter - services available include bespoke color matching for recoloring services, artisanal hand polishing and waxing of luxury leather goods and restoration works for leather goods of all shapes and sizes, including handbag, wallets, belts, backpack, leather furniture etc.
A private tour of the atelier on the 2nd floor brings the client through an exquisite consultation area where they are able to select various types of colors, finishes and hardware for the repair of their bags. The 3rd floor features an open concept workshop where clients can witness their bags being restored and recolored onsite.

About Margo & Smith
John Chung, a shoe enthusiast, started Mason and Smith Group in 2013 with a store that provides the retail of fine leather shoes, quality shoe/leather restoration and professional shoe shining services.
John decided to forsake the opportunity of doing a degree and started his business because of a deep passion for shoes. Despite having parents who strongly disagreed with the decision, John was determined to build his company. John went on to apprentice and study more about shoe making under several renowned shoe makers in Hong Kong (2016) and Japan (2017) before coming back to Singapore to perfect the technique for leather restoration. In 2023, Margo and Smith was created to elevate and bring a whole new experience to the art of bag restoration.
Elevating the art of leather restoration has always been at the heart of Margo and Smith. Apart from keeping the old craft alive, Margo and Smith have also revolutionized the typical relationship between the bag restoration store and the clients, combining modern technology, retail journey, innovative solutions and social media to take the experience to the next level.
Having spent years cultivating and perfecting the art of leather restoration, John has created a brand with deep expertise on caring for bags and other leather goods.
