Margo and Smith is an artisanal leather care store that specializes in maintenance and leather restoration services for luxury leather goods. We offer the following services

2. How much does a bag restoration service cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of bags and the level of service required. Bag restoration prices generally starts from $250. The cost is determined by the size of the bag and the existing condition of the bag. An older bag may require more time to restore and thus result in a higher cost. 

3. Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in for a service?
The atelier is by appointment only. You may make an appointment via our website or call us to book a time slot for your consultation. 

4. How long does a typical maintenance or repair service take?
The duration of the service depends on the condition of your bags and the type of leather. Generally, bag repair and restoration may take anywhere between  weeks to12 weeks depending on the existing condition of the leather product.

5. Do you provide drop-off and pick-up services?
Yes, we offer complimentary drop-off and pick-up services with a minimum spending of $200. Contact us directly to arrange for a pick up or drop off service. Pick up and drop off is conducted between 7-9p on weekdays. 

6. What types of products do you use for the bag restoration service?
We mainly use high-quality bag care products and polishes from France and Japan that is made of gentle non-toxic ingredients to render the services required for the bags and leather goods. .

7. Can I purchase bag care products at your store?
Yes, we carry a small selection of bag care products, including creams, lotions, brushes, and leather care items. Our team will recommend the best products for your specific needs.

8. What are your operating hours and days of the week?
The store operates by appointment and clients may come in anytime of the week, so long as an appointment is made prior to their arrival.
